Summary:
This is a shame and I'll never buy another
Faults:
I had my air conditioner replaced after 8 months.
Recall on ignition switch.
My #1 fan stopped working last summer.
My #2 fan stopped working this summer.
My daytime running lights blink 3 times and then my service light comes on.
Shifting console light doesn't work.
General Comments:
I thought this was an isolated incident. I was told a year ago from my dealer that the flickering lights was to blamed on the auto starter I received for X-mas.
How is this not a recall???

Your heater/blower resistor is failing, this is very common in many models of cars and trucks of all makes, due to the high current involved in switching the HO blower motors on, off and variable speed. The resistor is easy to change, and costs 20 dollars.
The three blinks on your lights for your remote starter is entirely your remote starter telling you the car is not in reservation mode. So if you're an auto, the installer set the trans type wrong in the starter setup, and if you're manual trans, then you must set reservation mode on stopping the vehicle. This is done almost the same way with all command start/alarm systems.
You depress the brake pedal, set the manual trans in neutral, set the park brake, and release the foot brake, and you will hear a click come from the relay on the command head unit. At that point, switch the vehicle off and exit. Remember to LOCK your doors when the car is set in command mode, as some will error out if they detect a start command while the vehicle can be entered while running under the remote.
If you set the module to reservation mode properly, or have the dealer set it to auto if you have an auto, then what you get is ONE flash of all lights, pause, click click, engine start, followed by one more flash of all lights ON/OFF, then just the park lights come on, while the remote start timer times down, usually 15 minutes.
When you enter the vehicle, you must insert the key, turn to run position, AKA first stop, then depress the brake pedal to cancel reservation mode, then proceed to drive as normal.
This is how the remote / command starters actually work, and your little blower switch problem is probably the most common vehicle problem, other than replacing brakes.
