2010 SAAB 9-3 2.0 turbo
Poor dealer service, lack of interest by SAAB in its customer's issues
I leased two SAAB 9-3's for my wife and my son. When both cars were picked up at the dealership, they both severely drifted to the right, one much worse than the other. The dealer kept the car with the worst drifting problem for a week AND STILL DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. It was fixed by another dealer. The second car still drifts and will go into the shop this week. I e-mailed SAAB USA detailing the problems I was having with these cars, AND THEY TOTALLY IGNORED MY E-MAIL. I own a 2006 SAAB 9-3, and have owned or leased a total of five Saab's to date. I have submitted a separate review on my 2006 9-3. My 2006 has always tracked perfectly, but these two 2010 Saab's do not.
I have always been a SAAB enthusiast, and talked my wife and son into going with SAAB's instead of Volvo's. The tracking problem has turned them off completely, and they now wish they would have stayed with Volvo's.
The cars are solid, fun to drive and have excellent handling. If it weren't for the severe drifting problems, these would be great cars.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? No

I took ownership of my Saab last week.. It's the first one I have ever owned, and I traded in my BMW for it. I don't have any pull to one side, unlike the other comment, and I can say the car is an absolute joy to drive.. I love everything about the car, and while it may not handle as well as the BM in corners, this is a small price to pay for the superior comfort the Saab provides.

The reviewer's complaints are likely at least part of the reason SAAB has just filed for bankruptcy liquidation, which means there will be (sob) no more SAABs.
