1994 Toyota Camry le 4 cylinder

Summary:

My car is everything a car should be!!

Faults:

Antenna stopped working in 2000-the low idle needed replacement 2 years ago-air conditioner went this summer-replaced head gasket 2004-replaced radiator in 2003-Other than ordinary things one expects with a lot of miles, that"s it.

General Comments:

I love my Camry! Very comfortable seats and support. Quick and snappy car. Handles the road and turns tight and smooth. Great in Maine for snow and cold. Interior cleans great and easily. 1994 and not even a sign of rust!!

Beside its high mileage, I am also impressed with the 1994 Toyota Camry 5FSE.

It's one of the best reliable cars ever. It takes you from A to B without any problem.

1994 Toyota Camry SE 3.0

Summary:

It makes me addicted to the Toyota brand

Faults:

The original engine starter replaced at 160,000 miles.

The air sensor replaced at 157,000 miles.

Driver seat leather has a lot of cracks and holes.

General Comments:

It is a very reliable car even for this mileage.

It is a pleasure to drive and the stearing, brakes and the V6 engine runs smoothly.

1994 Toyota Camry LE V6 3.0 V6

Summary:

Reliability with some zest

Faults:

So far nothing has gone wrong, which is a huge difference from my previous car (SAAB 900S).

General Comments:

Car is quite nice. Not a performing car, but it does have some pep for a Camry. I have a cold air intake which boosts me to about 200hp from a stock rating of 188bhp.

Car truly does resemble a lexus ES300. Ride quality is adequate. A lot of body lean, but you get used to it. The automatic transmission is great, but I wish it was a 5 speed.

1994 Toyota Camry V6 XLE V6 3.0

Summary:

The best car I will ever own and I am going to buy another one (same year, make and model)

Faults:

After putting almost 100,000 miles on this car, the only thing I have changed were brake pads, oil, air filter, and a starter.

General Comments:

This is a VERY RELIABLE CAR for a reasonable price. It will last forever if you treat it good.

Accelerates fast, good gas mileage and the engine is extremely quiet. Very inexpensive to fix.

Toyota broke the mold when they made this car.

1994 Toyota Camry XLE V6

Summary:

I will forever own Toyotas... from this point forward!

Faults:

Aside from leaving the lights on and having a dead battery since there is not a "dinger" to remind me of the light, absolutely nothing until today.

Today, it's either the alternator or the battery... but either way, not a really expensive fix for the first problem in over 2 years.

General Comments:

Absolutely the most reliable transportation I've ever had.

The only real COST to the vehicle is the price of gas these days. Other than that, it's an oil change every three months... and that's it.

1994 Toyota Camry LE V6

Summary:

Reliability incarnate. Looks great, too!

Faults:

Driver's side door lock stopped working this year.

ABS brake actuator stopped working last year, causing the ABS warning light to stay on all the time.

Driver's side window comes off the track slightly when putting the window up. This creates a lot of wind noise at higher speeds.

Tires lost pressure and needed to be resealed many times when the car was in Ontario. It may have been due to the cold winters or the salt used on the roads.

General Comments:

The Camry is a dream to drive, both in performance and comfort. After ten years, the V6 engine is still has a lot of pep.

The car is unbelievably reliable. There has never been a major problem, and even the minor problems are few and far between. I have only paid for regular maintenance and to replace worn out components (brakes, spark plugs, timing belt, etc...)

The transmission is becoming a bit rougher, particularly when going from reverse to drive.

I've had such a positive experience with the Camry and my previous Tercel that I'm having second thoughts about buying anything, but a Toyota for my next car.

General Comments:

Car is quiet when running.

Is fairly comfortable.

Has a lot of room and storage space.

Never left me stranded except for a dead battery.

No warning lights have ever come on.
