1993 Honda Integra GSR 1.8

Summary:

Reliable fun, and very very quick

Faults:

Nothing!!!

General Comments:

I have just recently bought the car, and really love it. There is lots of power; too much really. I have had a remap done and Type R cams put in it, and it is well loud as well.

All around good car for a 17 year old car!!!

1993 Honda Integra ZXi Coupe (new model) 1.6 petrol

Summary:

Great fun and sporty looks at a nice price

Faults:

Leak in the boot - now mended.

Condensation in the rear lights - mended.

Rubber seal around the front window sometimes pops out a bit and needs to be pushed in.

Motor operating the fold-in mechanism of the passenger-side wing mirror does not switch off properly when the mirror has finished folding in - it would require a new mirror to rectify this.

General Comments:

Engine noise is fab when the revs are up in the 5000 range - even though this is not a Vtec engine.

Great fun to drive, powerful acceleration when you need it, but easy to drive at slow speeds in traffic also.

Slight tendency to tram-line.

Interior has good quality plastics and fabrics, looks great, and has stayed in very good condition (apart from wear in the carpet underneath the pedals).

Back seats wouldn't be too comfortable for taking passengers on long journeys.

Plenty of room in the boot.

1993 Honda Integra GSR 1.8 DOHC 16V VTEC petrol

Faults:

Rear boot lock rattled, took a long time to locate, but was easily fixed.

General Comments:

Ideal for the power hungry enthusiast at a reasonable price. Head turning looks. Overall the best Japanese Import car on the market.
