General Comments:
I bought this car five years ago when it had 163,000 miles, thinking it would do me for a year or so. Five years and 80,000 miles later I am only now starting to think of changing it. I have the rare (in Ireland) R Design package and this design still turns heads almost twenty years after its introduction. The 2.0 TDCI engine is robust and still delivers around 40 miles per gallon. If you live in a rural area, then avoid the 18 inch alloys as I was tormented with punctures and cracked alloys. I will miss this car when the time comes to move on... it's such a shame Volvo don't make small cars anymore.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes
