You could get faster acceleration and ‘conforming’ seats for much less than $75k in a Mustang or Camaro.

Face it: the only point to the X6 is to display to those in your social milieu that you’re willing and able to spend through the nose in order to acknowledge the emperor’s clothes.

This machine is an absolute beast!

General Comments:

The X6 is BMW's answer to the Range Rover and what an answer! This beast has three turbos and off the line I never thought that so much metal could leap up to 60mph so quickly... (5.3 secs).

Other than performance, this car is a sea of soft leather and bamboo trim with lashings of brushed aluminium... The tyres on this car are enormous and possibly the only downside to the X6 is the road noise at speed... It's a lovely car to live with and 32 MPG is possible with a gentle right foot.
