2005 Acura RSX 2.0 from North America

Summary:

Small car with good gas mileage, a few minor problems, and one rather annoying one, the headlights

Faults:

Headlights go out frequently.

General Comments:

This is an OK car, it gets very good gas mileage, about 30-35 mpg for me.

One major problem I have with the car is that the headlights go out rather frequently, about every month or 2. From my experience, I would guess the culprit is the RS-X's sport tuned suspension, when you go over a bump or pothole, the bulb is subjected to a large amount of force/vibration, which is causing the filament to break.

The suspension is also so stiff that it makes the ride a bit uncomfortable on an average road; granted the roads in Minnesota aren't in the best shape.

Another problem is that I find the cabin rather small, with not a lot of head room.

2005 Acura RSX 2.0L petrol from Australia and New Zealand

Summary:

Excellent Sports car with great utility and affordability

Faults:

None at all!

General Comments:

This car is great!

The car is great off the line and had superb acceleration with 0-100km/hr of about 7 seconds. Excellent power.

The Bucket Seats are also very good in perforated leather and hug very well during driving through those twisty roads.

Cockpit interior with red lighting look very sharp at night.

Rides are on the stiff side, but it's expected from a sport car.

Very practical and had huge boot space for various things.

Audio is also awesome with 6 disc in dash mp3 player.

The only downsides are the wide turning circle and crappy stock tires.

Overall, it is a very sporty, yet practical car.
