I would say the things you mentioned like a new battery, and new brakes and tires, have nothing to do with the vehicle itself; that's all pretty normal for all cars, depending on how much you drive. The leaks you mentioned are another story.

2001 Buick Rendezvous CXL from North America

Summary:

Nice SUV

Faults:

Automatic leveling required a simple adjustment - took the dealer 18 months to figure it out.

Failed to start twice in the first 12 months.

General Comments:

We have enjoyed the Rendezvous and feel it was definitely a good purchase. We were looking for a 6- or 7-seater and the CXL was one of the few available at the time that appealed to my wife, who picked it out and drives it all the time.

I've been disappointed with the level and quality of dealer service. They did not correct the automatic leveler problem for almost 1 1/2 years and they tend to miss "small things." My other cars have been Mercedes and Lexus (current) and I'm used to better service.

I want to know about the starting problems. I have that problem, but the dealer doesn't know how to fix it.

2001 Buick Rendezvous CXL 3.5 liter V6 from North America

Summary:

Buick Rendezvous, not your grandfathers Buick..

Faults:

Nothing.

General Comments:

The new Buick Rendezvous is one comfortable, stylish, fun SUV crossover vehicle. The CXL has the Versatrack AWD system and has been excellent on ice and snow here in the Colorado mountains. It also has a third seat which seats two adults comfortably for trips under a few hours. We love all the looks and inquiries we get from curious people of all ages. Check it out, it's not your grandfathers Buick!

Hello, the all new 2003 Buick Rendezvous is an excellent sport utility vehicle that is worth to buy for some one who has a family of four people. Man, I got to tell you that the Rendezvous is so comfortable to get out of the state for a few days. The Rendezvous seating is comfortable, also the turning signals are very cool on top of the headlights. Also the fog lights at night makes it look even better to stare at it. The manufacturer did a Excellent job on it. The parking assistant was a great idea to put on it. I like it a lot, I even got one myself for me and my family to enjoy. The entertainment, comfort, and fun is equipped in it to the people who are planning to buy one.
