1999 Chrysler Voyager from UK and Ireland - Comments

"Fantastic!!"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Nothing so far, it has been great!

General comments?

I love this car. It is easy to drive, fairly fast, quiet and refined.

For a seven seater car it really does go well. It will sit at 110mph all day long with ease if you wanted it too.

The cruise control I find makes for very relaxing motorway journeys; just sit back and watch the miles clocking up.

I would say that it is fairly heavy on fuel around town, but on motorway journeys it is very good if you stay between 70 - 80mph.

I own the short wheel base version, and I would say that the boot is quite small for such a big car; however the rear bench seat folds easily to allow for large items.

To sum it up, Would I buy another one?

Well yes I would, but I would go for a Grand Voyager, just for the extra boot space.

UPDATE: 15th April 2009.

I have since writing my review traded my Voyager in for a Renault Espace 2.0.

I have only just bought the Espace, but I'm missing the Chrysler's power to be honest, Also the build quality also doesn't seem to be as good on the Renault.

Will see how I get on over the next few months, but I can see me buying another Voyager in the near future.
