Both rear wheel springs had to be replaced after 2 years.

Very well designed car with excellent equipment for low price. Lots of storage room. Very quiet and comfortable. Average materials have been used for indoor design.

Alternator problems from day one, company always promises to repair.

Parts of the car just dropping off or breaking off even though usually I alone use the car viz: stone shield, door handles, parts of seat belt mechanism, screws from the steering wheel, the rear view mirrors, passenger seat etc.

Dealer out of stock with replacement parts and couldn't care less.

Failure to contact car owners when the engineers visited the country despite the fact that they have all contact information on the owners.

I believe that despite the manufacturer's defects, a more efficient dealer service would have gone a long way in alleviating the concerns and trauma of the car owners.

Alternator went within first six months of purchase and subsequently went four times to this date.

Central locking system keeps going - very rarely works, always needs to be repaired - never replaced.

Braking system faulty.

Electric aerial had to be repaired.

Steering rack had to be replaced within three years.

Master cylinder in the front wheel system had to be replaced.

Comfort car, but too many problems and poor service received from the manufacturer.

Car alternator went on the way home from the dealer on purchase day, subsequently went twice since.

Faulty central locking and rear wheel bearings which have been replaced twice.

Electric aerial doesn't work, remote locking and fuel release keep giving me problems.

While the car is a good package and well priced, it helps if you get a good one and have mechanics who can fix it.

Good sound car that will do as you want. Pretty uneconomical, it drinks the petrol.

Air con, clutch faulty but repaired under warrenty. Apart from that, nothing.

Great car excellent spec for the money.

Second hand value suits buyer.

Minor electrical problems, eg power window switch, remote boot opener, door mirror heater, plus cam belt auto adjuster is a little noisy when starting after a couple of days standing.

Very well equiped considering the price. Daewoo "known for life" scheme very good. Local service very good. Friends and family have been impressed.

All round highly recommended.

Leaking sunroof, faulty heated mirror, faulty interior light switch, unreliable central locking.

Pretty average on the whole but still good value.
