2015 Fiat Scudo L1 H1 2.0 JTD Multijet from UK and Ireland
Summary:
Not bad!
Faults:
Recent clutch kit - probably the most expensive thing. But acceptable at the age and miles.
Minor oil leak.
Steering makes a groaning noise at lower speeds.
Side doors a bit hard to close now.
The van was an looked after well, it got all it needed regards parts and servicing, and has been pretty reliable.
General Comments:
A useful works vehicle, the Scudo is a common sight on UK roads.
Very large inside and gets the job done, plenty of storage areas. Interior nice for a van, quiet and smooth on motorways, though a little rough and clattery about town as per diesel.
Decent to drive, 2.0 diesel pulls any load strong and does a solid 40 mpg.
Despite getting older and higher in the miles, we are keeping this one as long as possible, it has been great and never let us down. Do services and change any belts as applicable and for a Fiat you won't get a more reliable van; this generation with this engine and setup is among their best vehicles in my opinion.
