1960 Ford F100 312 from North America

Summary:

Good thing it's easy to work on!

Faults:

Carburetor died.

Brakes.

Front end.

Rear end.

Transmission lost 2nd gear towing home a parts truck.

Cab rusted through so bad that the front fenders were holding it up.

Heater core went out.

General Comments:

This is a perfect first vehicle for anyone who is interested in learning how to work on their own car.

It's a gas-sucking tank that you just don't see anywhere.

Everything that ever went wrong with it was fairly easy to fix (with the exception of swapping the cab out).

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes
