2004 Ford Thunderbird review from North America
"Vrooom! A pleasure to drive!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
CD changer got disks stuck in it, a problem with this kind of changer in all Ford vehicles.
General comments?
With a 3800 pound weight and a 280 hp engine it accelerates well. Leather interior is very comfortable.
Chassis is same as Jaguar S-type and Lincoln LS, while engine is from Jaguar stock and is also used in the Lincoln LS. (specs from answers.com)
Trunk space is rather small, exterior is fashionable (retro, really).
Removable hardtop is an option added at an extra price, with all vehicles having a convertible rag top.
Car holds warmth well and heats up nice inside - keeping occupants warm in sub-freezing weather.
