2002 Iran Khodro Samand review from Iran
"Nice ride and handling, solid chassis and body"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I have changed the clutch, because I have driven it for 60000 kilometers.
I can hear little squeaks from the instrument panel.
General comments?
This car is built based on Peugeot 405 chassis, and it has a 1.8 L. engine with 100 horsepower.
It has good ride and handling, the car corners very well, especially since I have put on 16-inch wheels with 205/50/16 tires. Its top speed is 200 Km/h.
This car is made in Iran. They should work on its exterior design (which was designed by Rover exclusively for Iran Khodro, which is the biggest car producer in Middle East).
