2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 3.6 V6 from United Arab Emirates

Summary:

Great 4x4, very capable off and on road

Faults:

Coolant tank split and dumped the coolant over a couple of trips.

One tyre pressure sensor failed.

General Comments:

Loved it. Smooth drive, comfortable to drive and for passengers. Eats the miles on the highway.

Never did serious off road, but handled beach trips and off road trails with ease.

Great rear boot space, never had to put the seats down.

2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7L HEMI V8 from North America

Summary:

Comfortable and fun to drive

Faults:

Nothing has gone wrong yet.

General Comments:

I bought this 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited to replace my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. There was nothing wrong with my other Jeep; I just wanted the newer body style.

The 2011 is a major improvement over the 2007. The interior is very stylish and well laid out. I love the Bluetooth and built-in navigation. I really like the panoramic sunroof.

This Jeep is a very comfortable ride; my 2007 was a bit bumpy. It's really a night and day difference in the suspension.

The seats are comfortable and the climate control works great. The rear seat legroom has improved a lot, as I no longer get complaints about legroom from the rear passengers. They also love the heated rear seats.

The 20" rims are nice too! I get a lot of compliments on this vehicle.

The V8 is strong, and it snaps to attention when I put the pedal down. I am averaging 21.5 MPG on the highway, thanks to the MDS. City driving is about 15 MPG.

I like the selector dial to choose different terrains, but I just leave it in Auto mode.

Very happy with this purchase. Love this Jeep!

2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 3.0 turbo diesel from Australia and New Zealand

Summary:

A good looking car, that is economical to run

Faults:

Cracked trim, dealer replaced.

Trim parts missing, dealer replaced.

Air suspension has now failed twice in under 8000km.

Rear DVD, when in operation, blocks the rear view mirror.

General Comments:

Awesome towing car.

Adaptive cruise control is very good.

Has just about every known toy/gadget included, ie heated front and rear seats, cooled front seats.

Handling and power is excellent for its size.

Great turning circle.

Low range gearbox separates it from the crossovers and the pretenders.

Still pretty good off road.

A full tank of diesel $120 NZD = over 1000km traveling.

2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 3.6 from North America

Summary:

Just beautiful all around

Faults:

Nothing yet.

General Comments:

This Jeep is a great improvement over previous years. It has a power plant that is quiet, smooth and powerful.

Options are like that of Lexus and Mercedes. The seats are very comfortable on long rides, and the cabin space is much larger than before.

I am thrilled with this fresh new design, and am going to buy another one soon. I will be proud to own 2 of these works of art.
