2009 Kia Spectra EX review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I have a brand new car for 2 weeks. I've had it in the shop 3 times in one week already.
The service department in Kia is hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life.
The "mechanics" cannot fix cars.
The check engine light was on, and when they returned the car to me, it was still on. I have a rental car after 2 weeks of owning a brand new car.
Car is a decent price, but not worth it! I would not recommend a Kia of any type to anyone. Do not buy these cars!!!
