Wow! I'm glad I'm not the only one having these problems. At 115,000 miles, my speedometer went out and the radiator cracked and had to be replaced. Rights now, I'm at 145,000 miles and 3 out of 4 motor mounts are loose and need to be repaired, and I'm having a huge problem with the car stalling, especially when the air has been running for a while. I too have taken it to the dealer to be told that nothing is wrong. The comments I have read are very useful and my next step is to look into this 'vapor lock' issue.

Fully agree with fuel pump problem. When pulling load and warm day. Same problems with motor mounts. Otherwise good highway winter storm car.

My parents were the previous owner of this car and I bought it from them last year. When they owned it the fuel pump went out. Car lost power everything and we had to swerve off the road. It was replaced. Then about a month after I bought it from my parents (2005) the fuel pump went out AGAIN. I lost power steering, acceleration, and all the lights came on. I had to swerve off the road and when I inspected the engine I also found the coolant low because of a leak. My turn signal switch went out soon after. These were all very costly repairs! I also have the speedometer issue where it bounces around at high speeds. Fuel door button no longer works so I must pry the door open. Now my back brakes are under attack. Both calipers on the driver's side seize randomly. The rotor is worn because the pads caught while I was driving on the highway. Now I face $650 in brake repair. I am sick of this car and can't wait to trade it in!
