1994 Mitsubishi Verada Xi review from Australia and New Zealand
"Luxury and style for a fraction of the cost"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Valve stem seals needed replacing.
Leaking oil from the rocker cover was dripping onto the starter motor so that needed replacing too.
Driver's side rear electric window needed replacing.
SRS light needed fault code bleared by Mitsubishi.
Brakes machined and replaced pads.
Faulty alternator.
General comments?
Lots of problems you might say, but I've fixed them all and the car runs like a dream!
It's so smooth to drive, acceleration is responsive, very comfortable to sit in as well.
I love it! And so do the girls.
They always compliment on how nice the car is.
The woodgrain interior adds to the nice touch.
I just wish the e-brake lever was in leather and the gear shifter as well.
A very nice car to drive =)
Fuel consumption is extremely good for the V6.
11 litres per 100km I get during suburban and city driving (with over drive on).
Standard 6 speaker CD stereo is remarkably good! The bass is deep and there is no distortion at all.
