1996 Opel Calibra V6 2.6 Litre from Australia and New Zealand

Summary:

Stylish Sports Car, Chicks Love It

Faults:

Well it had a little oil leak, but that was easily fixed with a sealant.

Um also the water pump and a pulley was damaged which needed to be replaced.

Muffler rattled and I rep (laced it with a sports muffler.

Air con and ABS doesn't work. Electrical problem and I haven't fixed that, but its about $200.

General Comments:

Oil leak was fixed with $80.

Water pump and pulley cost $400.

Sports muffler cost $235 but if I wanted the original muffler it would have cost like $700.

The car handles great and at high speed like 240km/h it feels great. It feels like you are going 40km/h.

The car interior is high class, nice and comfortable.

1996 Opel Calibra YE V6 24v from Australia and New Zealand

Summary:

Best looking sports car on the road!!

Faults:

One problem I have had with it is the rear tail lights, the globes died!

General Comments:

This car has been my dream to drive, I have always loved the look of the car. When I read about the problem I thought twice, then I found out they came out in a V6... From driving a VS Commodore this in its own league, comfort is one of them and it's very roomy for a sports car. Also has heaps of balls when revved over 3,000 rpm, the engine is very aggressive!!!
