1984 Pontiac 6000 STE review from UK and Ireland
"Top notch, and different"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The driver's side electric window motor failed on me. I ordered a new motor from a UK based American car parts supplier. It took ten days to arrive.
Nothing else.
General comments?
When I sold the car the transmission was beginning to get a bit jerky, I suspect it was on its way out.
Performance wise, the 6000 was fine, but not as quick as I expected it to be.
Handling was superb.
Plenty of space for five adults, reasonable head and leg room.
Ultra reliable.
