1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 400 ci from North America

Summary:

Best vehicle I've ever owned

Faults:

Weather strips. When they wear out, water can get into the interior. Water channels in instead of out.

General Comments:

Built to last.

Very low maintenance over 30 years of ownership.

Powerful. Great for long drives.

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Don't Know

1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 403 from North America

Summary:

Great high performance American sports car

Faults:

The interior does not wear well. It started to simply fall apart.

Air conditioning stopped functioning, after a fix, it still never blew cold air.

Sucks down fuel like nothing I've ever driven before.

General Comments:

Very, very fast. Accelerates like a gun shot.

Bad interior, but great exterior styling.

Love the car, would never part with it.

It has it's faults, but is the best vehicle I've ever owned.

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

The 403 was an exceptional motor. I like it more than when my wife cuddles me. Just the way it growls, makes me happy.
