2004 Suzuki Fun 1.0 Liter from Argentina

Summary:

Perhaps a generally well designed car, but with poor components and skinny tires

Faults:

Brakes continually need cleaning.

General Comments:

This car is not "fun" to drive.

The car has poor braking for such a light car, and the brakes need to be cleaned constantly.

This car is very unstable at high speeds, and needs constant attention on a less than smooth highway. No match for the roads in Argentina.

This car has very poor acceleration and very poor passing power, especially when the AC is on. I must turn it off when driving on the highway or in town to do any passing.

This car has very poor speakers and sound quality.

This car gets very good fuel economy.

This car comes with very skinny tires, perhaps wider tires would improve handling, especially at higher speeds.

I would not recommend this car to anyone.

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? No

If you wanted GTi performance you should have bought a GTi in the first place, rather than a one litre hatchback.

Great comments... I'm getting a Suzuki Fun on Monday!!!

I'm a single guy and with the impending energy crisis, a 1 liter engine car is all I need.
