1984 Suzuki Swift GL 1.0 from Australia and New Zealand

Summary:

One of those rare cars which does more than can reasonably be expected of it

Faults:

Electronic ignition module quit; took a week and $300 to replace.

Hatch strut needs replacement.

Shock absorbers all need replacement - car has been used on some very rough roads.

Coolant leak from heater - easy enough to fix, but a major job to remove and replace.

General Comments:

This one has been all over Australia, pulling a quite heavy trailer a lot of the time. It has performed admirably and taken a lot of terrible punishment. It still looks good and goes well.

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes
