2002 Suzuki Swift GLS 1.1 Litre from UK and Ireland

Summary:

It's cool, and reliable, and next time I'll probably get a Suzuki jeep

Faults:

Only the front carpet has lifted up.

A few caps have gone missing.

And the heating system seems to be a little mixed up.

The clutch rubber grip has come off.

General Comments:

Other than the Four problems, I think that the Suzuki Swift Cirrus is a very cool car, It's fun to drive, and reliable as well. I haven't been driving it that long, But I have been driving it a lot, and even though it's a small one litre car, I think it's great!

I am doing some modifications to it on the interior, because I have to admit, the interior is a little grey and dull, so I've decided to add some chrome steel parts to the car. The boot size isn't big, but there's enough room to put things in, and I can even get my snowboard into the back of the car.

Unfortunately the car doesn't have a roof rack rail, and I have noticed that the suspension is a little too high and the wheels are a thin, which doesn't give you the stability of a heavier car, but it's a great first car.

2002 Suzuki Swift Cirrus 1.0 from UK and Ireland

Summary:

Excellent first new car

Faults:

The interior trim has worn through under the pedals.

General Comments:

The performance is excellent. Stated top speed of 85MPH was easily exceeded (I have got 105MPH maximum).

Interior is clean and comfortable.

Road noise does increase at high speeds, but is not to an extreme.

Boot space is a little limited, but usable for shopping etc. I could get a high chair and a collapsible buggy in to the boot without lowering the back seats.

Being a small car I have to use higher than normal revs to go up hills, but with the correct selection of a lower gear (normally 2nd) I can pull up a steep hill with ease.
