Don't get me wrong, I love VW's too, but I don't know what planet your from. A 10 in performance for a Beetle???
I don't care what engine you have in your Bug, the one thing they are not, is a performance car. That's as bad as the kid with the Mustang V6 calling it a "muscle car".
Beetles are fun little cars, but if you even try to drive one like a "performance car" you would probably end up in a ditch somewhere or worse.
I have one also. I wouldn't take my dog to the store in it for fear I would have to deal with him as we walked back home. It is so much fun to be in it during a rain. I have rolled the window down to see were to turn as the wipers go so slow; it is amazing that I am alive now. mlprovow@aol.com.
