Faults:

It had a hole in the exhaust pipe, but was easily fixed and not too expensive.

Apart from that, I've had no trouble with it.

General Comments:

My parents bought me this car for my 16th birthday (I'm 16 now, as they thought it would be a great car to learn in as they are so safe and sturdy.

We bought it off an old lady for $2000. It is in perfect condition with not a mark on the exterior.

It's a great car to drive and I absolutely LOVE it. I'm sure I'll have it for a long time since it only has 132,000km on it.

There's nothing about it I don't like, and I would recommend one to anyone.

Plus they look great.

Faults:

Exhaust line 2 years after purchase, while in a trip in Finland. The local dealer did not have the spare in stock, so he built up himself the intermediate line.

The alternator blew out 9 years later, which was OK due to the mileage.

Some rust began to appear close to the rear lights and under the rear wheel compartment, which is a common issue on 14X and 24X.

General Comments:

This car is solid as a rock. I bought it from my father who purchased it new. It's extremely comfortable and reliable. It lacks some extra power, but 100BHP back in the late seventies was already enough.

Faults:

Rust appears at the back of the car.

I had to change the water pump, battery and exhaust pipes. For a 23 year old car, quite normal.

Nothing else to change.

General Comments:

A very solid car, comfortable and reliable. Performance and driving are not uptodate.
