A low cost, relatively low maintenance automobile!
Not much has actually gone wrong with this car.
The head gasket had been quite worn since the car was quite old, but luckily, since the car is built so cheaply, it cost very little to repair. A $20 part and about $200 in labor costs. You could actually repair this yourself quite easily.
This is my only problem with it.
A great car for very little actual costs.
Although it has a small gas tank, it gets very good mileage, probably somewhere in the range of 32 miles per gallon.
The wheel is tilted a bit high for the relatively low seat, but the wheel itself is quite thin and comfortable, actually. The pedals feel very solid and the car shifts gears quickly.
The car handles with amazing grace and is able to take corners at decent speeds as well as ditch other cars from stop lights because it is so light and has amazing acceleration.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

I purchased a new 1990 Yugo GV+, in 1991 ($3,999.00). Probably the same as yours in every detail.
Still driven daily, with 135,000 miles. Repairs in thirteen years consisted of clutch, heater core, two sets of tires, fuel pump, and three timing belts (a must).
If a person implements preventive maintenance every three thousand miles, who knows how long they will last.
