"Good truck"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

This is a very reliable truck, for anyone, but it makes a really good teenagers first car. I'm 18 and I love the truck, the only thing wrong so far, is that the brake master cylinder went out or is leaking, but I'm getting a new one soon, but this truck is great!!

General comments?

This truck has pretty good power for a 4 banger engine, I'm always passing Toyotas, Mazdas, and small Dodge d50's on the highway up hills.

I have A Nissan hard body pickup and I find it great. It had some rust when I got it, but after I fixed that the truck looks great. It could use a little more power up hills, but otherwise the truck is a great. I don't find it to be a older person truck tho. I and 17 and I love this thing, it is fun any where you drive it.

I have an 1987 nissan hardbody Z24 and I think it's a awsome first timers truck. I'm 15 and it's a fun way to get around and very durable.

Just got this truck from some friends of the family, they stripped everything out of it and used it to haul hay and horse manure. After cleaning it up (not an easy job) and doing an all round tune-up, oil change, etc. Worked great and ran beautifully, even passed emissions after sitting for years in the desert and hot sun with gas that was many years old. Couldn't imagine any auto could run as great as it does considering the punishment it has been through.

I drive one of these and it is a very reliable truck. My only complaints are the engine is very underpowered and the gas mileage is kind of a joke for a 4 cylinder. Maybe this is due to the fact I have an automatic transmission and the motor has nearly 300000 miles. I think this is a perfect first truck and a much cheaper alternative to a toyota or ford.

My stepdad has an 86 Nissan hardbody with 383,000 miles.

I just changed the original thermostat. With the exceptions of the hoses and belts, master cylinder, everything else is original. The truck still runs great and doesn't smoke a drop.

Awesome truck.
