Crank sensor.

The crank sensor needs to be changed, I changed it myself, but you need a lot of patience. It's on the back of the block where the engine meets the transmission. Be careful not to break it or you will be pulling the engine.

I had the same thing with my HD 2500 8.1, you need a new fuel pump.
