I would like to be contacted for the suit. I have an 2006 ML350 and was quoted $5000 for balance shaft repair. I just completed a repair of the manifold for $2235.07. I feel ripped off and will never buy another Mercedes. This was a known defect and I was never told about it. Email: mllyons@elp.rr.com.

Same issue with my ML 350, production date of 03/05. Currently have 61 k on the odometer and am in the process of taking it to Mercedes of Princeton.
