A 175 bhp Corsa faster than a Civic Type R - very doubtful!
Yes, it's a bit lighter than the Civic, and I don't doubt it would keep up, but beat it, no chance!
A Clio 182, which is on par with a Type R is lighter than the Corsa!
And as for the M3 comment - LOL!

I'm sure you were shocked. I expect the M3 driver had a giggle when he realised you were racing him!
