I've owned mine for 8 years; it's been serviced every 10,000km and never let me down. It's had 3 timing belts and it's done 197,000km; never changed anything major other than an alternator and a coil pack and map sensor... I must've been the lucky one.

Hi. Well I love my Viva and reckon you guys probably did not keep servicing it properly. I am a foreigner in OZ, and have had a great experience with my Viva.
