Actually the 280zx has an engine called an inline 6. It has the power of a V8, but the fuel economy of a V6. I know this because I own one myself. It outran a fully upgraded Camaro. I know because it slammed me back in my seat, and it's a 5 speed straight shift. The gauge may say 80mph, but it's much more powerful.
