1998 Mazda Protege DX review from North America
"Rustproof, stainproof dogproof and kidproof"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Fuel Injector at 100,000 miles.
General comments?
If there was a Mazda Protege convertible (I don't care for the Miata.. too small), it would be my next car. Due to the ABS and incredible handling, it has saved me from a great deal of accidents... in fact, just today my ABS saved me from ramming into a car who decided to stop with no warning for no reason at all.
The interior has held up well from numerous dogs and nephews over the years. Also didn't ruin the interior after at least four downpours with the windows down (hate it when that happens...)
