1992 Audi 90 CS Quattro Sport review from North America
"A beast of a car, with no real faults"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing at all, except for some trim that is falling off the doors' outside (normal after 15 years in snow and salt).
Also, a little oxidization on the back of the spoiler.
General comments?
This car is a beast! It takes corners like each one is the last there ever will be! No understeer or oversteer, no body roll, just aggressive, efficient, snappy turns.
The seats are a tad small for me (6'2"), but again, not really the car's fault.
I live in Canada, have never gotten stuck anywhere in this car, the diff lock + quattro get me out of any and all situations.
The car's engine, although only developing 172 hp, ran for 2 weeks w/o any oil. No damage, nothing. Just ran fine.
Quick ignition, starts instantly, and an easy-to-use gearbox with well-spaced gears.
The only thing--lousy trim, really, and only runs on premium fuel.
