1997 Chevrolet Malibu LS review from North America
"Piece of junk"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My Power Control Module went out at 5000 miles.
My upper and lower head gasket went out
at 30,000 miles.
My Brakes have required changing every 8000 miles.
I had to replace the calipers as well.
My ABS light is on even after repairing the brakes.
My rear light bulbs have went out often.
I have condensation in my rear and front head lights.
General comments?
I would not buy another Malibu.
This car has had too many problems for a car that has been driven less than 60000 miles.
