2001 Proton Waja GX review from Malaysia
"A very good handling and driver car, but just defected by the quality of the make up of it"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The power window on the driver side always malfuntioned.
The driver side head lamp sometime off by itself or can't light up. I was told by the mechnical personnel that this is already an identified and confirmed problem by Proton, but, they can't do anything on it.
The dashboard got knocking sound. not so solid.
There are some strange sound from the power steering when evrytime I turn it.
The radio receiver is not good in reception.
The car alarm sometimes can't detect be detected. I need the continious pressing the alarm controller for almost 10 minutes sometimes to get it active.
The doors have different feel and sound whenever open or closing it.
General comments?
I would really wish the manufacturer pay a lot of concern on their quality control procedure. Not just leaving those problem to the buyer later.
