1996 Oldsmobile Ciera SL Wagon review from North America
"A great budget-performance-grocery-getter"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
So far I have had no mechanical problems.
The rubber door sill on the passenger side rear door hangs down.
The interior panel at the reag is bent because it was pushed agains while loading.
The tailgate latch takes the perfect slam to shut.
General comments?
I was impressed that a car with 70,000 miles had no rust at all. The body os very shiny, even though the styling hides the fact that it is a 1996 model.
The 3.1 V-6 has a surprising amount of kick, and still returns 27 M.P.G.
The seats are very comfortable, even for the rear-facing third row seat.
You could probably get by not borrowing a truck to move. This car is spacious.
It was a great deal for $5000.
