1995 Holden Commodore VR review from Australia and New Zealand
"Good well rounded car with power"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Basically I brought the car and it dropped a piston 10 hours later, which is not common at all, but is what happened. Rear Main Seal maybe on its way out. Shithouse brakes. A few creeks on doors, but things that happen with age and cannot be complained about much.
This car needs ABS brakes and is terrible to drive in the wet.
Interior light blown.
General comments?
This car is a real machine. 3.8 Litres of pure power, nothing compared to a V8. But for its size it moves the car.
Putting a HSV Clubsport bodykit on it really improves the look and makes it look hotter than ever. All the electrics are fantastic.
The car is a great car after driving a Hyundai Excel, it responds quickly and handles very well, the pedders racing suspension is very stiff and aswell as being lowered it hugs corners well. A good car worth the money.
