1998 Alfa Romeo 156 Twin Spark review from UK and Ireland
"A family car that looks like a sports coupe"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
When I bought the Alfa I suspected the battery was on the way out, but indeed there was a fault on the alternator. luckily it was under warranty.
Within approx 3000 miles there was vibration coming from the dashbored where I still have to put up with it.
General comments?
Brilliant car to drive with far more standard kit than a BMW or Audi. The Twin Spark engine makes me wish I could buy the GTA version, but my 1.8 is good enough- For Now!
Excellent comfort on long and short journey. However there could be a better size boot.
Generally why buy a Vectra as a family car when you could drive an Italian beauty!
