2002 Volvo V70 D5 SE review from UK and Ireland
"A excellent family car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The car broke down at 12000 miles.
A hose that connects the compressor to the turbo charger burst.
Poor starting from cold, will not idle cleanly..
Engine management system has re-programmed by the dealer.
Above problem has now started again.
Air condition stayed on after the ingnition key had been removed? no idea how.
General comments?
A very comfortable car.
Loads of space in the back for passengers.
Feels very safe and secure when traveling especially with the kids.
Dealers did not want to know when I broke down, it took three attempts to find a dealer that was prepared to fix the car.
Very economical,40 mpg is normal.
