1992 Chevrolet Blazer S10 review from United Arab Emirates
"A good mid size SUV"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The power steering oil hose burst on a regular basis, but that was down to poor quality local repairs. The water pump was replaced at 370K - not a bad innings really. Servicing was performed every 5k or 6 monthly as per my company policy. The door trims started to fall off towards the end of ownership, but then it had done 450000KM.
General comments?
On the grounds of this cars longevity I bought a brand new 2000 model LT Blazer and find it a comfortable long distance cruiser. It is frequently used off road in the desert and mountain tracks without trouble.
