1993 Buick Park Avenue Ultra review from North America
"A true high performance luxury machine"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Struts replaced as soon as purchased, they were soft.
Coolant connector on front of intake manifold cracked and leaked, replaced dealer part approx. $ 10.00.
Air conditioner control resistor in heater box replaced in 2002, car battery would go dead on weekends from this problem.. Dealer was $ 400.00 for labor, diagnosis and part.
General comments?
The car is very fast for a full-size front wheel drive.. I have surprised my self and others with its straight line acceleration.
The interior is absolutely the best leather and very comfortable and quiet.
Plenty of room for 5 adults or 6 if you put up the armrest.
Great stereo system from GM as well as electric trunk pull down, self leveling system.
This car was very advanced for 1993.
