1974 Holden Monaro HQ 4 door review from Australia and New Zealand
"It is a real Aussie Icon in a tuff street car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing has really gone wrong with the old girl.
Only last year she had a $10.000 rebuild.
Since it has a good engine and gearbox pair the diff is the only let down, when you get there and really lay some rubber down.
General comments?
The 350 chevy is punching out around 330 horse power so you can guess what it goes like.
The 4 speed muncie gearbox is great for quick changing too.
Most of the time I take her out the boys in blue pull me over just to check her out.
Cause she looks the same as she rolled out of the show room floor back in 74.
She is yellow with her two black GTS stripes with stock GTS rims.
It's a very nice cruiser and I get looks from just about everyone I drive by when I take her out for a run.
