1982 Chevrolet Camaro Coupe review from North America
"A cheap awesome looking car that gets the girls"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
When I first bought the car it ran great, had no problems, no rust, but the I started to beat on the car. Man those tires go quick!! I needed to replace spark plugs, wires, and I rebuilt the 2-barrel carb. After that, my girlfriend and I got in a fight and I ended up backing out of her driveway and I slammed in in drive and toasted reverse. I got the transmission rebuilt and stayed of the gas for a few weeks, but awhile later I was out whipping donuts and dumping on the gas real hard and the motor started to knock. Well I rounded up the balls to drive it home. About I mile from my house the motor blew and kept running, and about 3 blocks from my house seized up the motor. And no she sits.
General comments?
This car was quick for a 2.8.
The car was built solid as can be.
Interior could be put together a little better.
And a Camaro should never have a V6.
