1995 Citroen Xantia LX review from UK and Ireland
"Spot on family car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Spheres needed replacing at 155,000 miles.
Just had all the brake disks and pads replaced.
Passenger side rear door has locked itself shut and will not open anymore.
Horn broken last year.
Complete central locking failure in January. New key required at £107.
Drivers seat pulled loose out of the floor and now rocks.
General comments?
Excellent car to drive considering its size, the steering is light and responsive.
Seats and interior are comfortable especially on long journeys.
A few small cosmetic faults, but the engine is superb for economy and reliability.
Slow response at lower speeds, but brilliant on motorways.
