2010 Jeep Liberty

Summary:

Both the vehicle and manufacturer are HORRIBLE

Faults:

Purchased a brand new 2010 Jeep Liberty with only 26 miles. Exactly 2 weeks after purchase, I had to take it to the dealership for major repairs (cylinders were misfiring causing blown head gaskets). Within 4 days of getting it back from service, I had to take it in again for the same issue.

While trying to contact the manufacturer for assistance beyond merely repairing the vehicle, I was told that I could not talk to anyone. The Customer Care actually refused to let me talk to anyone, including supervisors.

I have received zero concern or assistance from Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep for their production of a vehicle that is unsafe and not working properly (with less than 1000 miles). Of the first 28 days I have owned this vehicle, it has been in my possession for only 18 days. I will never purchase another Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep vehicle, and highly recommend that no one else does.

General Comments:

The car is completely unreliable and unsafe.

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? No

Consumer Reports gave this car, and its twin the Dodge Nitro, its lowest rating in this class. You should try getting rid of this vehicle ASAP or see if your state has a Lemon Law.

I couldn't agree more with the last poster, Consumer Reports gave this vehicle an awful review. Do not wait to get rid of it, because it will lose value fast.
