1985 Suzuki SJ410 Fibreglass removable canopy 1.0 petrol

Summary:

The smallest 4x4 so far

Faults:

Absolutely no complaints ever. The only problem that I have is that the seats are not the most comfortable ever.

General Comments:

For 4x4 driving it can't be beaten. Even on the beaches where most other 4x4's struggle to keep up, it goes OK.

If you can find one - buy it.

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

I do agree it is the best 4X4 on road and very cheap insurance.

The only problem encountered by me with our Suzuki is that the gear box mounting in the center is not a very good support. It makes a lever action and then tend to break the cross member it is mounted on. The one we use are used on dirt roads mainly and broke a couple of times. In the end we had to make a carrier that is bolted to the chassis to prevent this from re occurring. I have looked at several other Suzuki's and all of them has been modified to concur this problem.
