General Comments:

Excellent value Superb, huge car for the money.

1.4 petrol engine is rare in this car (most are diesel) but this still manages 45 mpg + and feels fast when you need to overtake.

S model, most basic. But the car is still packed with features. I can safely say anyone will find it comfortable.

My car is white, alloy wheels, looks great. Newer shape model for 2016.

Expensive to buy initially, but low running costs plus good reliability makes it a winner. Better than my old Mercedes C Class. And that's really something.

Faults:

Really not much beyond the wear and tear.

ABS sensor had to be fixed at an MOT.

A/C not quite as good as it used to be.

Tiny oil leak, cannot locate source however, but no major loss or issues, will have it checked out at next service.

General Comments:

Superb is a huge car from Skoda and I love it. 2.0 TDi with the DSG box is the one to go for.

SE Business spec has all electrics and sporty half leather Alcantara seats. The interior is as good as it will get unless you are driving a Rolls Royce; it is honestly that spacious and comfortable.

I love the exterior styling also, very Germanic and functional, but also modern and smart.

Engine manages to be economical with plenty of power on tap. The automatic does little to blunt performance or economy. Really has the best of both worlds.

A bit expensive on the used market, but well worth it - a well maintained car will last you a long, long time. Make sure you also service that DSG box as well as the engine and change any belts. A friend has one of these used as a taxi with nearly 300,000 miles on it! But this one is my private car that I plan to keep for many years.
