1989 Honda Prelude Si review from North America
"Great"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
When I bought the car (113,000),I did a complete fluid change and tune up.
At 114,000 I replaced the clutch and thermostat gasket.
115,000 I put a 2 1/2" custom exhaust on after rusted through stock one.
At 117,000 I replaced the drivers side CV shaft.
Replaced the camshaft cover gasket and adjusted all valves 223,000.
223,000 miles the battery light came on and my alternator stopped working for about 5 days, the problem worked itself out...
224,000 headlights mysteriously stopped working.
General comments?
Great car! loved it since the day I bought it.
Been working it into a litter sports car since I bought it.
Fast, handles very well (even on snow)
Interior is clean comfortable.
